Pooja Shrivastava, Ph. D.

Pooja Shrivastava, Ph.D. is organizational behavioral psychologist teaching at the University of Oklahoma. She consults with organizations interested and driven in incorporating diversity and inclusion to enhance the quality of work environment to meet with the fast-changing global environment. Her tailor-made coaching helps organization in improving their culture. She has dealt with several groups of leaders with different background which makes her more versatile. Her 15 years of experience involves in US and abroad comprised of industry training, consulting, teaching and coaching. She has also worked with professionals mentoring for executives at the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University to name a few. Her training involved leaders from corporate, NGOs, military, non-profits and healthcare institutes.
